The actual application of cellular gateway

According to your needs, WIN CC receives two kinds of data:

1. Siemens PLC actively reports the data: Siemens PLC data is connected to the cellular gateway BMG500 through the serial port RS232/RS485. The gateway outputs the data to the server through the wireless network 2G/3G/4G. The server deploys WIN CC software for receiving. Or display the uploaded data;

2. Siemens PLC passively reports data: WIN CC software on the server sends an acquisition command, which is transmitted to the gateway BMG500 through the line network 2G/3G/4G, and then transmitted to the Siemens PLC through the serial port RS232/RS485; after receiving the command from the PLC A data will be reported, sent to the gateway BMG500 through the serial port, and then sent to the WIN CC software on the server through the wireless form.

Note: The configuration is the same as before (Industrial-grade wireless gateway serial communication configuration). The tool used in the previous document is only an auxiliary tool for debugging, and it does not generate data itself.
