The Baimatech BM-DK100 intelligent lamp controller, developed based on 4G/Cat.1 communication technology, offers wireless communication and convenient networking without wiring. Comprehensive Parameter Monitoring, Complete Control of Streetlight Operation Status


Baimatech 4G/Cat.1 lamp controller can remotely monitor and collect lamp parameters, including switch status, dimming status, lighting duration, voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and more, achieving lighting rate analysis, streetlight fault analysis, energy consumption analysis, and thoroughly understanding the operation and energy-saving benefits of city streetlights. The device's standby power consumption is no more than 1 watt, further saving energy and reducing consumption.

Independent MCU,The system is more stable


The MCU is decoupled from the communication module and can independently operate system functions, reducing failure rates. When the module is abnormal, it can still independently execute local policies to ensure stable device operation. Simultaneously integrating a deeply optimized LWIP protocol stack can effectively avoid the problem of false links in CAT. 1 modules, quickly locate and handle network failures, and ensure real-time stable online operation of devices.

Edge Control, Normal Operation When Network is Down


Baimatech 4G/Cat.1 lamp controller supports powerful edge control strategies and end-side strategies, with a built-in high-precision RTC and dual online time calibration functions, ensuring accurate device timing. It supports local timing strategies, holiday strategies, latitude and longitude strategies, etc., ensuring the lamp network continues to operate normally when the network is down.

Proactive Fault Reporting, Optional Leakage/Inclination/Water Immersion Monitoring


The intelligent lamp controller supports real-time fault status reporting, including failed lamp switch-on/off, abnormal lamp switch-on/off, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, under-current, lamp over-temperature, etc. The lamp controller can also be optionally equipped with extended lamp pole inclination monitoring, water immersion monitoring, and leakage monitoring.

The intelligent lamp controller features software and hardware watchdog technologies, automatically waking up software or performing power-off restart/reset during occasional anomalies. It supports primary and backup center settings, automatically enabling the backup center to ensure system normal operation when the primary platform address is incorrect or the platform fails. It also supports data retransmission, disaster recovery communication, and data storage in the lamp controller during communication interruptions, with data resuming transmission to the platform after communication recovery.

Baimatech 4G/Cat.1 intelligent lamp controller supports remote bulk firmware upgrade, bulk query, bulk configuration, and bulk control through the platform. It enables remote switch, dimming, strategy control, and more for lamps. It supports online modification of target network, heartbeat cycle, clock calibration, data calibration, and other function configurations, and supports remote firmware upgrade through the platform, making maintenance easy and convenient.
