Data is collected through AI/DI/RS485/network interfaces, and custom combination algorithms (supporting logical expressions, AND/OR rules, time period polling, variable value triggering, etc.) enable flexible DO interlocking control strategies and web page configuration strategies.

The Baimatech Intelligent Area Controller can interface with environmental sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, gas composition, gas concentration, etc., in various areas of the utility corridor in real-time. When environmental data exceeds thresholds, the area controller automatically controls fans for ventilation, cooling, dehumidification, etc., conducting 24/7 fire monitoring, fire alarm, and fire extinguishing operations. It can also interface with infrared perimeter devices, security surveillance equipment, etc., for real-time monitoring of illegal intrusions, and automatically alarm, capture, and locate them.
